Who prepares the meals?
Established quality restaurants and caterers prepare and deliver the lunches to the school. The lunches are individually packaged and labeled for easy distribution.
Are the meals healthy?
Schoolhouse Fare’s menus are transfat free. The menu includes nutritious offerings as well as popular lunch choices. Gluten free and organic items are offered when available. On a daily basis, vegetarian, wheat and whole grain items are offered with calcium rich and protein rich items.
How are allergies managed?
Menus should be checked by user for allergen concerns before placing orders. Schoolhouse Fare does not guarantee allergen-free conditions at any restaurant and that cross-contact with allergens will not occur. Please contact us at info@schoolhousefare.com for the individual restaurant’s contact person to inquire about ingredients and allergens.

Schoolhouse Fare's school lunch delivery program is available nationally. Currently the program has been contracted in schools located in:

Are there deadlines for registering?
No! The Schoolhouse Fare lunch program can be implemented into the school at any time during the year, even after the school year has begun. Once we have contracted with the restaurants and caterers, parents can begin to register and order within one week.
Is there a Service Fee for using this program?
There is no service fee to use our program.
